We’re hiring a CS Engineer / RevOps CS Specialist to optimize the full customer journey—from onboarding to growth and renewal—with the goal of increasing Customer Lifetime Value.

THIS IS YOUR JOB

As our Revenue Operations / Customer Lifecycle Manager, you optimize the full customer journey — from onboarding to growth and renewal — with the goal of increasing Customer Lifetime Value.

You work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Onboarding, and Support to improve processes, remove friction, and drive retention and expansion. By combining data, tooling, and automation, you ensure teams have the insights and workflows they need to work effectively.

You play a key role in scaling how we manage customer relationships, improving our systems, and introducing smarter, more automated ways of working.

THIS IS YOU

  • Experience in Revenue Operations, Customer Operations, or similar
  • Strong understanding of the customer lifecycle and growth drivers
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and data (e.g. HubSpot)
  • Data-driven and able to turn insights into action
  • Proactive, structured, and confident working cross-functionally
  • Interested in automation, AI, and improving ways of working
  • Strong communicator who can align stakeholders
  • You have experience using Python
