Join our team as a Graduate Sales Consultant and develop your career in a fast-paced, client-oriented services IT environment. You’ll gain hands-on experience in consultative selling, working with businesses to provide tailored service solutions that drive value.

What you’ll do:

As a Graduate Sales Consultant, you will be responsible to offer solutions for our customers to operate and maintain their environments.

  • Build and manage relationships with new and existing clients
  • Identify business needs and propose tailored service solutions
  • Support the full sales cycle: prospecting, meetings, proposals, and follow-up
  • Contribute to revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Stay informed about market trends and client challenges

What We’re Looking For:

  • Recent graduate (Business, Marketing, Economics, or similar)
  • Strong interest in sales and client relationship management
  • Excellent listening, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commercial mindset with a drive to achieve results
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • The drive to seek out what’s next and to deliver exceptional results
  • A collaborative, solution focused spirit and overall sense of urgency
  • The desire to embrace new ideas and fresh thinking and seek out ideas different than your own
  • Experience as an active leader on campus who strives to make a positive impact on the world
  • Comfort with working in a hybrid (virtual and face-to-face) environment
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills and the ability to ask smart questions
  • Fluent Dutch and English
