You need the following qualifications for the position of (Senior) Consultant Transaction Services:

• A university degree and a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Familiar with the dynamics of financial reporting (P&L account, balance sheet and cash flows).
• Experience within a professional advisory organization (e.g. accountancy) and/or controller function (e.g. financial traineeship) is an advantage.
• Excellent command of the Dutch and English language, spoken and written.

How do you do this?

• You are directly responsible with your team for the implementation of projects and, as a senior consultant, you also have a coordinating role.
• You perform work in all areas in which the Transaction Services team operates, contributing to financial analyses and models, the due diligence report, as well as quotations and customer presentations.
• You will work for a wide group of national and international clients on the realization of projects in which you are often part of multidisciplinary deal teams.
