Join us as a Senior Scientist

Your role

Join our innovative team as a Scientist in a fast-paced Service Department where you’ll apply cutting-edge organoid technology to solve real-world challenges. You’ll lead and support exciting projects focused on disease modeling, including cancer and infectious diseases, helping assess drug efficacy and toxicity to drive therapeutic breakthroughs. This hands-on role combines lab work, scientific problem-solving, and collaboration with project teams to deliver high-quality results that make an impact. You’ll engage with internal teams and external partners, contributing to business goals and growth opportunities in a dynamic, supportive environment.

Who you are

  • PhD in Immuno-oncology or strong immuno-oncology experience is a must; a PhD in another life science field is acceptable.
  • Postdoc experience or 3+ years’ experience in a commercial setting, leading projects, ideally within a CRO.
  • Preferred experience with adult stem cells, organoids, high-throughput screening, and assay standardization.
  • Skilled in cell culture; organoid model experience is a plus.
  • Proactive problem solver focused on improving lab capabilities to support growth.
  • Detail-oriented, collaborative, and committed to quality.
  • Able to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong English communication skills for engaging with teams and clients.
  • Based in the Netherlands with a willingness to be onsite 3-4 days a week.
