Drive new business by guiding prospective customers through the full sales cycle, from first outreach to closing.
Conduct proactive calls and discovery conversations to understand customer’s business needs and recommend the right Trusted Shops solutions.
Prepare tailored proposals and manage follow-ups to build strong, trust-based relationships.
Maintain clear, accurate records of outreach and pipeline progress.
Work autonomously while contributing insights, best practices, and ideas to your team.
Collaborate with colleagues across markets to strengthen Trusted Shops’ global sales approach and customer experience.
Strong motivation for sales and a clear drive to acquire and develop new customer relationships.
Proven experience in B2B outreach, including cold calling and selling digital or tech-based products.
Confident use of core sales techniques, from structured needs analysis to objection handling and closing.
A collaborative mindset, paired with curiosity and a desire to continuously improve.
Fluent Dutch communication skills (spoken and written), with the ability to engage professionally with diverse customers.
