Job purpose
We are looking for a BPO Digitalization Specialist to help drive digital transformation within our HR Services organization. In this role, you will focus on automation, digitalization and continuous process improvement, helping our HR Service Centres deliver efficient, high-quality services.
You will work closely with HR teams, business stakeholders and external providers to design and implement digital solutions that simplify processes, reduce manual work and improve the overall employee experience. As a key knowledge expert in digitalization and automation, you will also contribute to local, regional and global HR initiatives across the organization.
This role primarily supports HR Services in Belgium and the Netherlands, while contributing to broader EMEA digitalization initiatives.
