At GÉANT, we build and maintain the digital backbone of Europe’s research and education. Our Software engineering team develops the systems that keep the world’s largest R&E network running smoothly, securely, and at scale.
In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in shaping the platforms that support GÉANT’s internal operations. You will be the technical owner of our Ivanti Neurons ITSM platform, a system relied upon by teams across the organisation. Your work will help ensure that critical internal processes run smoothly, supporting colleagues who, in turn, support the global research and education community.
Some of the key responsibilities for this role:
With your background in Ivanti Neurons, platform configuration, and software engineering, you’ll bring strong technical ownership and a desire to ensure high‑quality, reliable internal systems. Curious, collaborative, and structured, you’re ready to take responsibility for a critical organisational platform while also integrating into a supportive engineering team that values knowledge‑sharing, documentation, and continuous improvement.
