As Global Manager Master Data Shared Service Centers, you are responsible for leading the operational execution of master and reference data management across our organization. You oversee the Master Data Shared Service Centers and lead a team of SSC leads, domain leads, Master Data Stewards and Specialists operating across multiple regions.

This role is all about leading people and operations, ensuring the team delivers accurate, timely and efficient master and reference data processes, while continuously improving ways of working. You will act as the bridge between your team and senior stakeholders, driving stability, performance, and alignment across the organization.

Your key responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and develop the Master Data Shared Service Center team, building a high-performing, engaged organization through coaching, clear direction and performance management.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely execution of master and reference data processes across regions in line with agreed service levels.
  • Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement by optimizing workflows, standardizing processes and increasing efficiency.
  • Monitor and improve data quality, accessibility and compliance with the global data management framework.
  • Collaborate closely with business functions, operating companies and regional teams to ensure alignment on data management practices.
  • Manage stakeholder communication, governance meetings and escalations related to master data operations.
  • Oversee documentation, process standards and best practices for master data management.
  • Manage resources, workload distribution and budget for the Master Data Shared Service Center.

What you bring

  • Strong experience leading operational teams, preferably within Shared Service Centers or data operations.
  • Proven experience as people manager (7+ years) in an international environment.
  • Hands-on, pragmatic and results-oriented leadership style.
  • Excellent coaching, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem solving skills and a focus on execution and operational excellence.
