You & your role

Design scalable Generative AI architectures that help Rabobank turn prototypes into production-ready solutions. As a Solution Architect, you collaborate with engineering, data science and platform teams to define standards, review designs, and ensure seamless integration into the bank’s data and cloud landscape. You define data requirements to prevent training/serving skew, ensuring high-quality model performance.

Examples from practice

• Design end-to-end architectures that make Generative AI solutions scalable for enterprise use.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to select tools and technologies for Generative AI capabilities.
• Guide squads by reviewing technical designs to ensure compliance, robustness, and maintainability.

Top 3 responsibilities

• Establish enterprise standards for Generative AI, ensuring reusable components and architectural consistency across multiple squads while supporting organizational adoption.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and secure model deployment processes that safeguard compliance and operational excellence.
• Align project designs with business processes to embed AI solutions seamlessly within Rabobank’s broader strategic goals.

You are part of the Tribe Data & Analytics, where teams work in a collaborative agile environment to maximize the value of data at scale and deliver innovative AI solutions across the bank.

You & your talent

• Extensive knowledge of Generative AI with 5+ years’ experience and hands-on work with LLMs and AI software ecosystems.
• Experience in designing AI/ML solutions at scale with at least 3 years productionizing models.
• Proven ability to develop architectures using cloud, data platforms, and Python-based software engineering practices.
