In this role as an Employer Branding Working Student, you’ll join Picnic’s dynamic Talent Acquisition team to help shape and strengthen our employer brand—showing what makes Picnic a special employer and helping attract top talent.

In a nutshell

Picnic is revolutionizing the way people shop for groceries—with a fully digital, sustainable, and purely electric delivery experience across three countries. In our dynamic Talent Acquisition team, Employer Branding is key: we show the world what makes Picnic such a special employer. To do this, we’re looking for a creative mind who is excited to actively shape our employer brand and put Picnic at the top of talented candidates’ lists.

We are looking for someone who can support our team for at least 16-20 hours a week (the more the merrier).

Tricks of the trade

  • Planning and coordinating exciting university events to showcase Picnic as a top employer on campus and at our office.
  • Creating social media content and campaign strategies for our social channels, ranging from authentic employee highlights to engaging business insights.
  • Actively contributing to the development of our employer brand to attract new talent.

Your superpowers

  • Student at least in 2nd year of bachelor (HBO or WO)
  • Education in a relevant field; Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, Psychology or similar
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with a strong sense for writing texts that engage our target audiences
  • Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented working style that help you keep track of complex planning for our events and campaigns
  • A solution-oriented, hands-on mindset and the motivation to proactively contribute ideas within an international team
  • Available for at least 6 months
  • Available for a minimum of 2 days p/w
  • Any commercial, social media, marketing, project management or event planning experience, is a plus
