For the Master Data team of Royal IHC, we are looking for a Master Data Analyst / Data Specialist. In this role, you are responsible for managing, maintaining and analysing master data within the ERP landscape, with a strong focus on IFS Applications.

You work closely with various departments across the organisation and ensure that master data is accurate, complete and consistent. This enables reliable reporting, efficient project execution and informed business decision-making.

You will be part of an international team and collaborate with colleagues in locations such as Dubai, Singapore, South Africa, Brazil and the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities

In this role, your responsibilities include:

  • Processing incoming master data requests in accordance with established procedures
  • Communicating with internal departments about the status and completion of data requests
  • Creating, modifying and deleting master data in the ERP system
  • Ensuring accuracy, completeness and consistency of master data across systems
  • Generating reports and performing data analyses to support business decisions
  • Supporting internal stakeholders with data-related questions
  • Identifying, analysing and resolving data quality issues

The Master Data team processes thousands of requests per year, making this role a key contributor to operational continuity within Royal IHC.

Job requirements

To be successful in this role, you bring:

  • 2–5 years of experience in data administration, master data management or working with ERP systems
  • Experience with ERP systems; IFS Applications experience is a strong advantage
  • Basic knowledge of SQL or similar data-querying tools
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Good command of the English language, both written and spoken
  • A structured, accurate and detail-oriented working style

A background in business administration, data, IT, finance or supply chain is considered a good fit.
