About the role

The Brand Marketing Associate for Flex Financial & Enterprise Accounts plays a key role in supporting Stryker’s commercial growth across Europe. Working closely with Sales, Marketing and Finance teams, you will help translate pan-European strategies into actionable marketing initiatives, sales enablement tools and data-driven insights.

Acting as a connector between multiple stakeholders, you will support complex commercial opportunities, contribute to the rollout of Flex Financial programs, and help ensure consistent execution of marketing strategies across regions.

This role offers strong exposure to enterprise-level commercial models, cross-divisional collaboration and pan-European strategic initiatives, providing excellent development opportunities within the organization.

What you will do:

  • Support the execution of the European marketing strategy for Flex Financial and Enterprise Accounts
  • Translate strategic priorities into practical sales enablement tools and commercial materials (presentations, value propositions, competitive insights, case studies)
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs and competitive dynamics to provide actionable recommendations
  • Provide marketing and commercial support to sales teams for complex, multi-business unit opportunities and enterprise accounts
  • Contribute to the launch and positioning of Flex Financial programs across regions
  • Support the planning and execution of education initiatives, internal trainings and customer events
  • Monitor campaign performance and leverage data insights to improve marketing effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Europe and the US to share best practices and ensure consistent messaging

Essential requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or a related field
  • At least 1 year of professional experience in brand marketing, commercial support or a related function
  • Fluent in English and at least one additional European language
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional international environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and data analysis tools such as Power BI, CRM systems or sales enablement platforms

Preferred requirements

  • Master’s degree or MBA in Marketing, Business or related field
  • Exposure to commercial or financial concepts (pricing, value-based selling, leasing or subscription models)
  • Knowledge of healthcare, medical technology or other regulated industries
