Role Description

We are seeking a Change Manager to support the transformation of our Finance operating model, with a specific focus on key Finance Horizontal programs including BHFS, NRM, and ERP on Rise. This program aims to transform our organization for long-term success through a heavy emphasis on SAP related transformations and driving sustained adoption for our global finance functions.

The change manager will be part of the existing Finance change management team, reporting to the Senior Change Manager. This individual will need to be able to collaborate effectively across multiple matrix programs to drive change adoption for high-impacting S4-related programs. They will be responsible for understanding and managing the impact to changes across processes, technology, behaviour and ways of working while overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day work of a small team of change professionals to effectively prepare and embed these changes into our Finance teams ways of working.

Key Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Assessing Change impact to identify high level impacts by audience
  • Define and execute Change plan in line with business objectives
  • Coordinate a small team of change and learning professionals to implement changes successfully
  • Continuous alignment with the Horizontal Programs team and finance towers
  • Provide input to Department Comms to define Department comms plan
  • Drive execution of engagement activities to launch the new processes, technology, and ways of working
  • Define change adoption strategies based on leadership and employee feedback

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Executed large-scale and complex change programs (especially SAP related into global Finance functions)
  • 8-10 years of experience as a dedicated change manager
  • Expert understanding of change management industry best practices, frameworks & strategies
  • Expertise in ADKAR with the ability to effectively identify and tailor interventions to maximize effectiveness
  • Strong influencing skills, ability to influence and partner with leadership and senior management
  • Must be able to work effectively as part of a team and a willing to proactively identify and address opportunities/challenges
  • Ability to function well within ambiguity and a constantly changing environment
  • Clear, concise, and compelling communications (both written and verbal)
  • Strong stakeholder management + influencer (VP upwards)
  • Knack for simplifying complexity
