About the role

As a WFM Capacity Analyst, you will be part of the Global Planning & WFM team supporting Scoober teams across multiple markets. In this role, you will determine FTE requirements, build accurate workload forecasts, and ensure our staffing plans meet demand while staying within budget.

You’ll combine strong analytical skills with strategic thinking to balance service levels, cost efficiency and operational performance. Working closely with Operations and Finance, you’ll help translate data into actionable capacity plans that support both short- and long-term business goals.

Key responsibilities

  • Build accurate workload forecasts using historical data and business insights
  • Develop short- and long-term capacity plans across multiple markets
  • Determine FTE requirements, incorporating shrinkage, attrition and ramp-up assumptions
  • Align staffing plans with financial budgets in collaboration with Finance
  • Analyse KPIs including performance, shrinkage, attrition and cost per ticket
  • Proactively identify resourcing risks and generate improvement plans
  • Support implementation and transition of strategic WFM projects
  • Assist in visualising data and building reporting dashboards
  • Provide recommendations on WFM software configuration and optimisation
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy and quality across all capacity plans

What you’ll bring

  • Minimum 3 years of WFM experience, including forecasting and capacity planning
  • Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
  • Experience working with WFM software tools
  • Ability to manage multiple markets and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence to challenge assumptions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently
