Fulfilment Manager

About the role

Are you ready to optimize our order fulfillment process and make a significant contribution to customer satisfaction? Versuni is looking for a solution-oriented and proactive Fulfillment Manager to efficiently manage and continuously improve our processes.

As Fulfillment Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth handling of customer orders for key retail partners in the Benelux region. You will ensure that all processes meet the highest service-level standards and drive continuous improvements through data-driven decisions—especially in fulfillment and reverse logistics.

The impact you’ll make

• End-to-end management of orders and close coordination with internal teams (Order Management, Warehouse & Distribution, Sales, Demand Planning & Inventory Management)
• Collaboration with logistics providers and shipping partners to quickly resolve challenges and successfully implement optimization projects
• Proactive problem-solving for exceptions, delays and process errors through data-driven actions
• Monitoring KPIs such as OTIF (On-Time, In-Full) and customer-specific performance metrics to improve delivery accuracy and speed
• Identifying cost-saving opportunities in collaboration with warehouse and sales teams to maximize supply chain efficiency
• Implementing digital and automated improvements to future-proof processes

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring

• University degree, ideally in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management
• At least 2 years of experience in an operational role within retail or e-commerce
• Solid knowledge of order fulfillment and returns processes
• Understanding of the entire supply chain - from production and planning to logistics
• Hands-on mentality and independent working style - you actively tackle challenges
• Ability to quickly adapt to dynamic work environments
• Customer-focused mindset - optimizing service quality is your top priority
• Analytical skills to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights
• Experience with ERP systems (ideally SAP) and advanced Excel skills
• Fluent in English; language proficiency in Dutch or French are a plus
