At Deloitte, we empower our clients to address complex challenges with strategic foresight and innovative solutions. Our Finance Transformation team, comprised of 185 dedicated professionals, plays a crucial role in advising C-suite executives. Together, we transform business operations to significantly enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and agility.

Senior Manager – Enterprise Performance Management (EPM)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager with deep expertise within Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) processes to lead the design, delivery, and continuous evolution of enterprise-scale planning, consolidation, reporting, and performance-management solutions. You will work closely with senior finance and business stakeholders to translate strategic ambitions into robust EPM solutions that enhance forecasting accuracy, accelerate the close process, improve financial clarity, and enable data-driven decision-making.

In this role, you will oversee multidisciplinary delivery teams, shape solution roadmaps, and ensure strong modelling standards, governance, and data integrity across the entire project lifecycle. You will guide clients through operating model design, process re-engineering, platform selection, and the adoption of modern, integrated EPM capabilities. Beyond delivery, you will drive commercial activity—shaping proposals, leading client conversations, and helping develop Deloitte’s broader EPM capability across the region.

Benefits

  • You will receive a profit-sharing bonus, on top of your fixed salary.
  • Continue professional growth by joining our development program.
  • A work-from-home office setup allowance to support an ergonomically designed workstation and an internet allowance.
  • Work part-time (32 hours a week) or full-time (40 hours a week).

What's in it for you?

  • In addition to a competitive salary, a share in our profits.
  • An overtime arrangement that allows you to receive compensation for overtime.
  • Great growth opportunities, depending on your ambitions and performance.
  • A development program that helps you keep growing.
  • Flexible working hours and the opportunity to work from home.
  • 26 days of paid holiday annually, and the opportunity to purchase 15 additional holiday days annually.
  • A 32 or 40-hour working week.
  • The opportunity to take a month of unpaid leave once annually.
  • The possibility to go on sabbatical for at least 2 months.
  • A good mobility scheme: choice between a company car with a fuel pass for Europe or the Mobility+ option or a gross cash option with which you arrange all your own transport or a public transport annual subscription.
  • An iPhone, which is also for personal use.
  • A laptop with a 4G connection.
  • A good pension scheme.
  • An opportunity to take part in our collective health insurance scheme.
  • An opportunity to benefit from tax-efficient facilities, such as company fitness and a bicycle scheme.

Be the true you

  • 10+ years’ relevant consulting or industry experience delivering Finance, FP&A, or EPM transformations, with increasing responsibility for outcomes, teams, and budgets.
  • Significant experience with one or multiple EPM platforms such as Oracle EPM Cloud, Anaplan, etc., with deep understanding of modelling standards, data structures, and performance considerations.
  • Demonstrated end-to-end delivery experience across solution architecture, prototyping, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilisation for enterprise planning or consolidation programmes.
  • 4+ years of experience leading cross-functional delivery teams and managing complex, multi-workstream programmes.
  • Proven experience coaching and developing high-performing teams and contributing to practice capability growth.
  • Strong commercial acumen—able to shape propositions, respond to RFPs/RFIs, scope work, and contribute to pricing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills, including executive-level engagement.
  • Certifications in relevant EPM technologies or architecture frameworks are advantageous; commitment to continuous learning is essential.

What impact will you make?

As Senior Manager, you will lead the design, delivery, and continuous evolution of enterprise-scale EPM solutions across planning, consolidation, reporting, and performance management. You will translate strategic ambitions into robust solutions that improve forecasting accuracy, accelerate the close, increase financial clarity, and enable data-driven decision-making. You will oversee multidisciplinary teams, shape solution roadmaps, and ensure strong modelling standards, governance, and data integrity across the full project lifecycle. You will also guide clients through operating model design, process re-engineering, platform selection, and adoption of modern integrated EPM capabilities, while driving commercial activity and contributing to the growth of Deloitte’s EPM capability.

How do you do this?

  • Act as the primary partner for senior and executive stakeholders, leading workshops, shaping strategic discussions, and aligning business objectives with a clear, actionable EPM roadmap.
  • Design scalable, end-to-end EPM solutions across planning, consolidation, reporting, and analytics capabilities spanning multiple platforms and business functions.
  • Translate strategic ambitions into detailed business and functional requirements, supported by future-state processes, modelling standards, and scenario-planning frameworks.
  • Establish robust data integration and governance by shaping ETL/ELT architectures, defining validation and quality controls, and partnering closely with IT to ensure secure, reliable enterprise data flows.
  • Oversee testing cycles, release management, and cutover activities with a focus on smooth go-lives, operational readiness, and sustainable long-term platform performance.
  • Proactively diagnose performance issues and optimise models, workflows, and processes to support best-practice operations and continuous improvement.
  • Mentor multidisciplinary delivery teams, facilitate training and enablement, and contribute to recruitment and capability building within the wider EPM community.
  • Support commercial growth by shaping compelling propositions, leading demos and client conversations, contributing to pricing approaches, and fostering senior relationships that generate follow-on work.
  • Ensure strong governance through the development and maintenance of high-quality documentation, modelling standards, controls, and operating procedures that safeguard long-term sustainability.
  • Drive innovation through exploration of emerging EPM and digital-finance trends, creation of reusable assets, and a commitment to elevating delivery quality across the practice.
