Be the true you
- 8+ years in commodity trading or consulting, including 5+ years leading ETRM implementations.
- Hands-on knowledge of at least one major platform (Endur, Allegro, RightAngle, Triple Point, SAP CM).
- Solid grasp of the front-to-back trade lifecycle and risk concepts across LNG, Gas, Power, Refined, Crude or NGLs.
- Proven project-management skills; PMP or Agile certification is a plus.
- Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related field; postgraduate qualification welcomed.
- Strong communication, problem-solving and team-leadership abilities.
- Willingness to travel to client sites (up to ~40%).
What impact will you make?
Deloitte’s Energy & Carbon Trading practice helps leading utilities, producers and trading houses modernise the systems and processes that underpin multi-commodity trading. As an ETRM Manager you will own the delivery of complex transformation projects while shaping our go-to-market and mentoring consultants.
How do you do this?
- Lead end-to-end ETRM/CTRM projects – scope, plan, budget, deliver and support through hyper-care.
- Design target trading processes (deal capture, risk, logistics, settlement) and translate them into functional designs on platforms such as Endur, Allegro, RightAngle or SAP CM.
- Coordinate cross-functional Deloitte and client teams; manage risks, issues and dependencies; keep stakeholders informed with crisp status reporting.
- Build trusted client relationships and contribute to proposals, RFP responses and thought leadership.
- Coach junior colleagues and help develop delivery accelerators and market offerings.
