Build intelligent autonomous systems. Join our innovation team developing and implementing agentic AI workflows that solve real business challenges. Design, build, and scale AI agents that directly impact how our organization works. At Deloitte.
About the role
As an AI Agent Builder, you will design and develop intelligent autonomous workflows that solve complex business problems. You’ll work on enterprise AI projects, collaborating with senior architects and technical teams to translate business requirements into production-ready AI agents. You’ll focus on understanding how AI should be applied: choosing the right patterns, architectures, and frameworks, and implementing them effectively. Under the guidance of experienced mentors, you’ll master agentic AI design patterns, workflow orchestration, LLM integration strategies, and production deployment practices. You will be responsible for the development of agents for well-defined use cases, collaborate with senior architects and engineers, and contribute to solutions that directly impact business outcomes and that achieve user adoption.
You’ll be part of a team developing and rolling out enterprise AI agent capabilities across our organization. Your work will directly impact adoption rates, user satisfaction, and business outcomes across multiple business units and client engagements.
How do you do this?
- Translate business requirements into AI workflows: Work with clients and stakeholders to understand their challenges and design agentic AI solutions that address real business needs.
- Architect data and information flows: Determine how AI systems should access and use data.
- Define AI interaction strategies: Design how users and systems will interact with AI agents, including prompting strategies and feedback loops.
- Implement and test AI workflows: Build and validate agents using enterprise frameworks and tools.
- Deploy agents to production environments: Ensure agents meet production quality standards and performance requirements.
- Gather user feedback and iterate: Collect feedback from users and continuously improve AI workflow designs.
- Learn from experienced architects: Understand how to match business problems to AI patterns.
