You need the following qualifications for the position of Consulting Manager Quote-to-Cash:
- Minimum 5 years’ hands‑on experience implementing and delivering Quote‑to‑Cash solutions (Salesforce, Conga/Apttus, Zuora, PROS, Tacton or equivalent).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience managing complex digital transformation projects or programmes, ideally in customer‑facing and Q2C domains.
- Proven stakeholder management and executive influencing skills.
- Strong business knowledge of Quote‑to‑Cash processes (pricing, quoting, CPQ implementation, order management, billing, revenue recognition).
- Deep understanding of the full software development lifecycle: design, build, QA, UAT and support.
- Solid experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and delivery tooling.
- Consulting background and/or experience with SaaS platform vendors is strongly preferred.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Dutch.

How do you do this?
The manager is a key member of the Deloitte Digital team responsible for leading our Quote-to-Cash implementations. The position requires strong business consulting skills with the ability to effectively advise our clients.
Your responsibilities:
- Lead delivery of Quote‑to‑Cash implementations (Advise, Implement, Operate) across Salesforce, Apttus/Conga, Zuora, PROS, Tacton and similar platforms.
- Act as principal client advisor on Q2C strategy, commercial models and operational efficiency improvements.
- Manage project and programme delivery for complex digital transformations, ensuring quality, timeliness and budget control.
- Coach and guide cross‑functional teams through design, build, QA, UAT and transition to support.
- Influence and manage stakeholders up to executive level; translate business goals into pragmatic delivery plans.
- Continuously evolve delivery models and identify new business opportunities to grow the Q2C offering.
- Promote agile delivery practices (Scrum/Kanban) and drive continuous improvement.
