As Sr. Digital Market Specialist France, you'll be the essential link between our Local Head Office (LHO) in Paris and Central Head Office (CHO) in Amsterdam. You’ll work at the intersection of global strategy and local execution—adapting digital initiatives to match the cultural, commercial, and customer needs of France.

Based in Amsterdam, and regularly working from Paris, you’ll collaborate with the local team on digital campaigns, eCommerce performance, CRM, and paid media—turning insights into action and strategy into success. Your role is as much about analysis and optimization as it is about collaboration and communication. You’re the voice of France at CHO, and the guardian of CHO’s strategy within the country.

Your day-to-day might include:

  • Analyzing online performance and customer journeys for digital acceleration
  • Evaluating online campaigns (owned and paid)
  • Understanding and integrating local nuances (e.g., language, content) and providing insights for local approaches
  • Optimizing and executing local digital activities to test and learn the most effective channel mix
  • Monitoring web and app performance and creating scalable omni-channel initiatives
  • Stakeholder management across CHO/LHO
  • Understanding omnichannel integration, recognizing how online and offline touchpoints harmonize, and effectively implementing the local market's digital marketing strategies
  • Building with CHO on online advertising budgets (including brand activation and performance marketing) and advising on conscious usage
  • Focusing on digital KPIs like turnover, growth in visitors, monitoring AOV, and focusing on ROI/ROAS of online campaigns

Meet the team

Joining our Digital Marketing Team, you can count on a warm welcome to the Digital Markets team. We currently have 5 sub teams within digital marketing with their own specialisms. We are transitioning into a data-driven organization with likewise thinking. You will be working closely together with the digital channel specialists and local media specialists to realize and execute optimizations. Your direct reporting line will be to the Sr. Manager for Digital Markets team with a dotted line to the Head of Marketing of France.

High on energy, low on ego and with a little bit of humor. We are looking for a Sr. Digital Market Specialist who is passionate about our products and excels in Digital Marketing. Apart from your passion and experience in Digital Marketing, we’d love to see the following background and experience:

  • You perform on a Bachelor’s or Master’s level
  • You have 3 or more years of experience in digital marketing – retail experience is highly appreciated
  • You are native in French and fluent in English, both written and verbal
  • You are data driven and very familiar with Google Analytics
  • You are energetic and willing to travel regularly to the LHO team in Paris

You will work from our Head Office, with an amazing view on the Herengracht. At Rituals, we believe in the power of connection with ourselves, each other and the world around us. That is why we work 80 percent from the office (typically four days per week) and 20 percent from home.
