Your Tasks

As a Partner Marketing & Retail Media Sales Specialist, you are responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives that drive sales and strengthen category performance. You act as a business partner for suppliers and internal stakeholders, translating insights into impactful campaigns and commercial growth.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute targeted partner marketing and retail media plans
• Manage supplier relationships and ensure smooth campaign execution
• Monitor budgets, track performance metrics and provide structured reporting
• Align marketing initiatives with category strategies and commercial objectives
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data and insights
• Identify market trends and growth opportunities to increase category performance
• Conduct competitive analysis and translate findings into strategic recommendations
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Category Management, Campaigns and Operations teams

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Category Management, Partner Marketing, Retail Media or a similar commercial role
• Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive and well-organized with a strong sense of ownership
• Financial understanding, including budgeting and performance tracking
• Advanced Excel skills
• Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g. Dutch) are a plus
