As a (Senior) Logistics Coordinator, you operate at the intersection of cost control, stakeholder management, and hands-on logistics.

Your role

You actively manage international shipments from booking to delivery, negotiate competitive freight rates, and build strong long-term partnerships. You stay close to the operation while safeguarding costs and improving structures. Further, you will focus on:

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with forwarders, hauliers, warehouses, and authorities.
• Optimize routing, transport modes, and cost structures with a commercial mindset.
• Monitor logistics costs and safeguard margin.
• Identify recurring issues and translate them into structural improvements.
• Take ownership of complex cases and escalations.
• Support and coach colleagues in complex situations.

Do you have the right ingredients?

We are a fast-paced company, and we are looking for a new colleague who can keep up with our energy and drive. Proactive communication is key: someone who can keep stakeholders aligned, address issues before they become problems, and create meaningful connections. You:

• Have a bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Bring 5+ years of experience in international logistics or export operations.
• Have experience working with ERP systems.
• Are fluent in English; additional languages are a plus (French, Italian, Spanish e.g.).
• Hold a valid Category B driving license.
