We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join the Consumer Beauty Division team in Amsterdam.

Lifestyle Scenting Marketing Graduate

The Marketing Graduate will join the Consumer Beauty Division for Coty to work on Global Lifestyle Fragrance brands, which includes brands such as bruno banani, David Beckham and Mexx. In this learning opportunity you will be part of the Global marketing team on a 12-month fixed term basis.

You will be assisting the Senior Brand Manager in the development of innovations and new business developments including new product development in collaboration with key global cross-functions, defining Go-To-Market strategies and activations within Ecom & DTC. You will get to discover many different aspects of global marketing focusing both on long-term & shorter-term initiatives & activations.

Responsibilities

Your main focus:

  • Support key global development areas & innovations: Coordinate briefs with internal & external partners, own timings and ensure delivery for artworks, packshots, product catalogues, code creations.
  • Support design, development, and validation of scalable initiatives to drive the license brands portfolio value pipeline.
  • Support assets availability & accuracy in the Coty database.
  • Ownership on brand marketing budget: project tracker, POs.
  • Support on ad hoc requests for the brand teams including competitor deep dives, research & analysis projects.
  • Gather input & feedback from markets on existing product performance.
  • Support the overall team in day-to-day brand responsibilities & key meetings.

Your Learnings:

  • Global marketing complete experience on a top brand preparing for future role.
  • Work in International environment with various stakeholders and functions, including licensors, markets, R&D, support functions across the world.
  • Development of category expertise, global cosmetic business savviness, project management skills on 360: product design & formula, activation, assets, presentation to externals.
