About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to be a strong analytical partner within our Finance team. You’ll ensure financial accuracy, support month-end excellence, and help translate data into insight that drives business performance.

This role reports to the CFO EU and works cross-functionally across operations and commercial teams.

What success looks like (6–12 months):

  • Month-end close runs smoothly with clean reconciliations and minimal surprises

  • Financial statements are accurate, timely, and audit-ready

  • Budget vs. actual variance analysis drives meaningful stakeholder conversations

  • Cross-functional teams trust Finance as a proactive partner, not just a checkpoint

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with accounting standards

  • Oversee general ledger activity including postings, reconciliations, and month-end close

  • Conduct variance analysis and identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities

  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes

  • Audit financial data to detect discrepancies and strengthen controls

  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure accurate financial information flow

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of accounting policies and procedures

This role balances precision with perspective — detail orientation without losing sight of the bigger picture.

About You

Must-Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

  • 5+ years of experience in accounting or financial analysis (Food & Beverage industry experience is a plus)

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting

  • Advanced Excel proficiency

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate numbers into insight

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

  • Strong communication skills across multiple stakeholder levels

Nice-to-Haves

  • CPA certification

  • Experience working in cross-functional or international environments

If you don’t meet every single requirement but feel you can grow into this role, we’d still love to hear from you.

What’s In It For You

  • Direct exposure to senior leadership and high-impact financial work

  • Ownership over key financial processes

  • A business where data matters and Finance has a seat at the table

  • A collaborative, ambitious team that values rigor and curiosity
