Ben jij een Finance professional die niet alleen de cijfers op orde brengt, maar ook processen slimmer maakt en ownership pakt? Heb je ervaring binnen complexe organisaties met meerdere entiteiten (pré) en voel jij je thuis in een omgeving waar groei, verandering en professionalisering centraal staan? Dit is jouw kans!
Yielder is een ambitieuze en dynamische organisatie en wij zoeken een Senior Financial Controller. Iemand die inhoudelijk sterk is, maar daarnaast verder kijkt dan alleen de boekhouding.
In deze rol ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het voeren en bewaken van een complexe financiële administratie binnen een multi-entity omgeving. Jij zorgt dat alles klopt, tijdig verwerkt wordt en dat de organisatie kan bouwen op betrouwbare cijfers.
Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:
- Beheer en controle van het grootboek
- Verzorgen van maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen
- Opstellen en onderbouwen van balansspecificaties en reconciliaties
- Bijdragen aan de jaarrekening en accountantscontrole (o.a. dossieropbouw, PBC-lijsten en toelichtingen)
- Zorgen voor juiste, volledige en tijdige verwerking van financiële mutaties
- Schakelen met Business Control en andere afdelingen over financiële verwerking en analyses
- Signaleren en verbeteren van financiële processen en interne beheersing (AO/IC)
- Structuur aanbrengen binnen een dynamische organisatie in beweging
Wat breng jij mee:
Jij bent iemand die snel landt in een nieuwe omgeving en direct waarde toevoegt. Je voelt je prettig binnen organisaties met meerdere entiteiten, verschillende systemen en veel stakeholders.
Daarnaast herken jij jezelf in het volgende:
- HBO/WO werk- en denkniveau, en opleiding richting Finance / Accountancy / Bedrijfseconomie
- Ruime ervaring binnen Finance, bij voorkeur in een complexe of snelgroeiende organisatie
- Sterke kennis van grootboekadministratie en afsluitprocessen
- Ervaring met accountantscontroles en jaarrekeningtrajecten
- Hands-on mentaliteit en sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
- Analytisch sterk en scherp op details, zonder het grotere plaatje te verliezen
- Communicatief vaardig en prettig in samenwerking met diverse stakeholders
- Proactief: jij ziet werk liggen en pakt het op
