This role focuses on leading clinical marketing activation for Philips’ respiratory portfolio, ensuring activities are scientifically accurate, compliant, and clinically relevant.

Your role:

  • Lead clinical marketing activation for the respiratory portfolio, ensuring all activities are scientifically accurate, compliant, and clinically relevant.
  • Design and deliver clinical education programs for healthcare professionals, distributors, and internal teams.
  • Serve as the primary clinical expert in customer interactions, conferences, workshops, and training events.
  • Build strong relationships with respiratory specialists, physicians, nurses, and key opinion leaders.
  • Partner closely with Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Sales to ensure alignment between clinical messaging and market needs.
  • Provide clinical input into product launches, positioning, and lifecycle strategies.
  • Gather insights from the field to inform clinical evidence generation and future portfolio development.

You're the right fit if:

  • You hold minimum a Bachelor's degree in a clinical discipline relevant to respiratory care (e.g., Respiratory Therapy, Nursing, Medicine, Physiotherapy, or equivalent).
  • You bring strong hands-on experience in the respiratory field (hospital, clinical practice, or industry clinical role).
  • You are confident delivering training and education to both clinical and non-clinical audiences.
  • You are comfortable in customer-facing environments and able to engage credibly with healthcare professionals.
  • You have experience developing clinical training materials, workshops, or educational programs.
  • You can translate complex clinical concepts into clear, practical messages.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with commercial teams is preferred.
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% for customer engagement, training, and events.
