Internal Digital Channels Internship

Are you a student or recent graduate interested in digital internal communications and tools?

We’re looking for a new intern interested in digital internal communication, to join our team based in Amsterdam. This internship offers hands-on experience in SharePoint site management, information architecture and governance, stakeholder management, and internal communication strategies of digital channels and tools.

What you’ll do and learn

• Manage SharePoint sites: Help organise existing SharePoint site infrastructure in coordination with internal stakeholders
• Intranet governance: Assist in restructuring the navigation of our intranet pages and connection points for SharePoint sites to improve user experience
• Stakeholder management: assist internal stakeholders with managing their SharePoint sites
• Implement processes: Help implement management processes and policies for SharePoint sites, and assist in building search functions
• Develop information architecture: Help define templates and web parts for hubs and build IA for hubs for different purposes.
• Internal branding: Help the branding team with internal imagery and layouts. Provide support for internal videos.
• Maintain intranet pages and SharePoint sites: Provide support for page updates, publish new articles

Who we’re looking for

• A recent graduate or student in their final year of study
• Someone eager to learn about digital communication, internal communication channels, and SharePoint site building and governance
• Proficient in English (written and spoken)
• Comfortable working with MS 365 tools, especially SharePoint, MS Lists and permissions
• Basic understanding of information architecture, SharePoint webparts, and Site governance
• Digitally savvy and interested in structuring large-scale digital content
• Critical thinking: ability to analyse content to make informed decisions
• Problem solving: ability to identify issues and develop creative solutions
• Communication skills: strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders

Nice to have

• UI and navigation design: experience on Figma to design UI and navigation
• Automation processes: understanding of Power Automate for creating workflows and assisting stakeholders
• AI agents: basic understanding of Copilot Studio and building agents
