Jr. Business Developer

Your mission

As a Business Development Executive, you’ll play an active role in driving our growth by identifying and engaging new opportunities. You’ll connect with decision-makers, uncover the challenges they face, and help open the door to meaningful conversations around improving planning and performance.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is motivated to grow, take ownership, and bring fresh thinking to how relationships are built and opportunities are developed.

So, what will you do?

  • Proactively identify and engage target organizations, building a strong and sustainable pipeline across manufacturing and supply chain industries.
  • Initiate conversations through outbound channels (including calls, LinkedIn, email, and events) and convert interest into qualified opportunities.
  • Explore creative approaches to outreach, finding ways to stand out and build genuine connections with prospects.
  • Attend and contribute to industry events, using them as an opportunity to build relationships and create momentum.
  • Develop relationships with stakeholders, learning how to navigate organizations and engage at different levels.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales to align messaging, targeting, and outreach strategies.
  • Take ownership of your pipeline while maintaining clear structure, visibility, and progression.

Your profile

  • Around 2 years’ experience in a B2B commercial, sales, or business development role.
  • A proactive mindset, with the confidence to reach out, start conversations, and learn through doing
  • Creativity in how you approach outreach and relationship-building, comfortable trying new approaches and ideas.
  • A strong sense of ownership and curiosity, motivated to understand customer challenges and how businesses operate.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust and rapport.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (native or near-native), French is a plus.
  • A growth mindset, with openness to feedback and a desire to continuously improve.
  • Ability to manage multiple activities while staying organized and focused.
  • Exposure to manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial environments is an advantage.
