Concorde has successfully targeted the market of car owners who believe that they cannot afford the main dealer, yet do not want to use such aftermarket companies such as Kwik-Fit, Halfords etc. due to their image, reputation and limited skill sets to fast-fit only, or local garages due to lack of skill level or equipment.
We emulate the main dealer experience by having clean and comfortable waiting lounges at all of our branches with tea and coffee facilities, free WI-FI, children’s play areas, and audio/visual entertainment. We also offer premium (BMW) Courtesy Cars.
Concorde follows manufacturers’ scheduled services and targets motor cars 4 to 10 years old, fitting Original Equipment (OE) quality parts, by only qualified technicians using the correct tooling.
We constantly update the training for technicians to include the latest hybrid and electrically propelled motor cars and are investigating charge points at each of our branches.
In the past 5 years we have grown our customer base and have a significant database of customer information including MOT and service due dates. Through the use of a CRM system we have been able to collate invaluable data enabling us to ensure repeat custom year on year. Through the collection of this data we are able to contact each customer before their MOT/Service due date to get them booked in. No other player in the industry offers this service giving us an irrefutable advantage.
