Jones Day heeft ruimte voor gemotiveerde student-stagiairs en/of werkstudenten investment funds!
De sectie Investment Funds van Jones Day adviseert cliënten bij het opzetten van beleggingsfondsen. Ook is de sectie actief betrokken bij (grensoverschrijdende) investeringen door institutionele investeerders in beleggingsfondsen. De sectie is sterk internationaal georiënteerd. Voor deze sectie heeft Jones Day ruimte voor een student-stagiair(e) of werkstudent.
Het team adviseert haar cliënten over het opzetten van en het investeren in verschillende soorten beleggingsfondsen, waaronder venture capital, private equity, infrastructuur, vastgoed, healthcare, sustainability en debt funds.
De student-stagiair(e) / werkstudent zal deel uitmaken van een enthousiast en hoog aangeschreven (Chambers en Legal 500) multidisciplinair team van advocaten en fiscalisten. Het team werkt intensief samen met collega's van andere secties in Amsterdam.
