Our working environment is built on mutual respect for the varied strengths and talents of our employees, embodying a flat hierarchy and featuring entrepreneurial thinking at its foundation. Our employees value our flexible working culture, which permits a far greater reconciliation of work and personal life. Our core values are the foundation of everything we do: In it together, Trust and courage, Ambition, Excitement, Inclusion, and Agility.

We enjoy collaborating to achieve the green transition – with our colleagues and everyone else who wants to be part of the journey. Focus for us is on solving the task. If you reach out to colleagues, they are always eager to help. When we see a problem, we solve it together. When we succeed, we celebrate together. We have a high degree of trust between each other. We think creatively, think outside of the box and enter uncharted territory. We have a flat hierarchy with an open and honest dialogue, and we empower each other.
