Your role in our shared journey
Located at our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp, near Amsterdam, you'll contribute to our mission by taking ownership of the planning, buying and trading processes. As Junior Planner, you will join a supportive team and help us maintain the balance between satisfying our consumer needs and supporting our wider strategy. Your role will be instrumental in driving innovation with every step.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to meet consumer demands, optimize product assortment and inventory levels across EMEA markets.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track business performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Develop strategies to optimize sell-through and ensure effective trading strategies are in place to maximize in-season trade performance.
• Ensure all category strategies are supported with a coordinated approach in partnership with the marketing and commercial teams.

You have the following skills:

• Two years of experience in merchandise planning, buying or allocation.
• Strong competency in retail metrics and inventory management.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency and data analysis capabilities.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, especially when communicating financial and assortment strategies.
