Die digitale Welt verändert sich rasant. Um meaningful relationships mit unseren Konsument:innen aufzubauen, wurde CRM zu DDX (Data Driven Experiences) weiterentwickelt – mit drei Fokusbereichen: Recruitment, Engagement und Retention. Als Digital & CRM Intern arbeitest du im L’Oréal Digital Team in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Brand Teams und nutzt CRM-Daten, um zur richtigen Zeit relevante Inhalte über digitale Touchpoints auszuspielen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage CRM campaigns: execute CRM campaigns for the L’Oreal Dermatological & Luxe divisions based on the CRM calendar
  • Grow our consumer database: support new recruitment initiatives
  • Drive consumer loyalty: support with the creation of and execution of engagement and retention strategies
  • Analyze consumer data & campaigns: obtain insightful findings to enhance our consumer understanding for future initiatives
  • Coordinate with stakeholders: ensure all CRM activations are managed on time and in alignment with key stakeholders
  • Initiate Test & learns: determine new A/B testing strategies for CRM campaigns & initiate new opportunities to recruit, engage and retain

Profile

  • University education (WO), preferably in Business Administration, (Digital) Marketing, Communications, Economics, Consumer Psychology.
  • Organized, great attention to detail and highly motivated
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluent in Dutch is a must, French is a plus
  • Affinity with beauty is a plus
  • Available full-time for a period of 6 months
  • No thesis internship
