As an Enterprise Architect, you’ll lead the strategy, standards, and governance for SAP S/4HANA and adjacent platforms, driving innovation across customer-facing, corporate, and ERP solutions. Your Key Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve the multi-platform enterprise architecture strategy, aligning with business and IT objectives across multiple functions.
  • Lead SAP ECC to S/4HANA migrations and optimization initiatives, ensuring seamless transformation and minimal business disruption.
  • Lead and transform business processes such as O2C, R2D, SCM, P2P, and S2P in S/4HANA.
  • Set the target architecture for digital experience and commerce platforms, ensuring robust integration and high performance.
  • Shape solution roadmaps for enterprise functions, driving harmonization and service improvement.
  • Guide and mentor Solution Architects and Designers, ensuring alignment with standards and value targets.
  • Steer external partners and product teams, owning architecture decisions and waivers.

You Bring

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in SAP and enterprise architecture leadership.
  • Proven experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA architecture and end-to-end migration programs.
  • Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, BTP extensibility, and integration (PI/PO, CPI/CI), plus practical experience with eCommerce and composable architectures.
  • Strong grasp of CRM/CPQ, CDP, MarTech integrations, and identity management.
  • Proficiency with EA frameworks/tools (TOGAF, ArchiMate, Ardoq) and governance at scale.
  • Solid understanding of APIs, events, and data contracts; experience coordinating with Data/MDM teams.
  • Preferred certifications: SAP Certified Technology Architect – S/4HANA, SAP Enterprise Architect, TOGAF or equivalent.
