Multi Store Manager
Wat ga je doen als Multi Store Manager?
Je stapt een van jouw winkels binnen en voelt direct de dynamiek. Klanten worden geholpen aan een nieuwe bril, een collega voert een oogmeting uit en een andere storemanager belt je voor overleg. Jij houdt het overzicht, schakelt snel en zorgt dat jouw winkels optimaal presteren. Je analyseert KPI’s, stuurt bij waar nodig en motiveert je teams om samen de commerciële doelen te behalen.
Als Multi Store Manager ben jij eindverantwoordelijk voor een cluster van twee tot drie Pearle winkels met een gezamenlijke jaaromzet boven de €1.750.000. Je stuurt meerdere teams aan, coacht floormanagers en zorgt dat de winkels draaien als een geoliede machine. Jij bent de verbindende factor tussen de winkelvloer en het rayonmanagement.
Wat heb je nodig?
- HBO werk- en denkniveau met ruime relevante ervaring in retail of optiek
- Aantoonbare ervaring in het aansturen van meerdere teams of locaties
- Een sterke focus op resultaat, kwaliteit en klanttevredenheid
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en coachend leiderschap
- Ervaring met personeelsplanning, onboarding en verzuimbegeleiding
- De drive om te blijven ontwikkelen en anderen daarin mee te nemen
Dit krijg jij van Pearle
- Een basissalaris vanaf €3.343 tot wel €5.648 per maand op basis van 40 uur, inclusief vakantiegeld, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring
- Een maandelijkse bonus op basis van de resultaten van het gehele cluster
- Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,23 per kilometer
- 25 vakantiedagen + 2 Care dagen (bijv. voor je verjaardag, mantelzorg of mentale gezondheid)
- Een uitstekende pensioenregeling en collectiviteitskorting op aanvullende zorgverzekeringen
