Wat ga jij doen?
Als Housekeeping Quality Management stagiair(e) ben je werkzaam in een allround functie waar de nadruk ligt op de kwaliteit van de kamers en algemene ruimtes in het hotel. Je geeft leiding aan een team en bent aanspreekpunt voor zowel gasten als voor collega's van andere afdelingen. Daarnaast ben je medeverantwoordelijk voor de voorraadbeheer van de Housekeeping afdeling en waarborg je de kwaliteitseisen en de standaarden van het hotel. Je hebt een voorbeeldfunctie en draagt pro-actief verbeteringen aan.
