Contribute to the success of next-generation healthcare innovations. In a small and skilled multidisciplinary innovation team, you will design and optimize high-performance software solutions for advanced real-time image processing applications. Your work will help shape concepts of the future and improve patient outcomes worldwide.

Your role:

  • Implement and optimize high-performance C++ algorithms for demanding image processing applications, achieving minimal latency and peak throughput through advanced SIMD vectorization (AVX2, AVX-512).
  • Drive performance benchmarking and profiling strategies to ensure scalability and efficiency in cutting-edge healthcare applications.
  • Ensure code quality and maintainability by keeping the code base under test coverage and adhering to best practices in software engineering.
  • Collaborate closely with scientists and engineers to translate complex clinical and technical challenges into robust and innovative solutions.

You’re the right fit if:

  • You hold a BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • You are an expert in modern C++ (C++17/20/23) with a minimum of 5 years’ working experience in performance optimization.
  • You have hands-on experience with SIMD instruction sets (AVX2, AVX-512) and multi-threaded programming.
  • Experience with GPU performance programming (CUDA, OpenCL) is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with profiling tools, low-level memory management, and algorithmic optimization is essential.
  • You have worked on image processing or computer vision applications, ideally in the healthcare domain.
