About the Role

We are looking for experienced and passionate Scrum Masters to join our WES and Workstream Cells department in the Technology Domain and help our teams reach new heights of agility and performance. You will coach, mentor, and empower teams to deliver high-quality solutions while fostering a culture of trust, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Introduction to Hiring Departments/Teams:

WES

Our Software Development department is part of the Development Center Warehousing and responsible for developing Vanderlande’s Warehouse Execution System (WES). We operate as an Agile Release Train (ART), bringing together around 125 skilled professionals across our locations in Veghel (NL), Dortmund (DE), and Pune (IN). With global leadership based in Pune, we work collaboratively across borders to deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions which drive the performance of automated warehousing systems worldwide.

Workcells Stream

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Scrum Master to join the Workcells Agile Release Train (ART) and help elevate two software teams to the next level of Agile maturity. In close collaboration with fellow Scrum Masters and the Release Train Engineer (RTE), you will coach, guide, and empower teams to deliver high-impact solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as a servant leader, enabling teams to self-organize and deliver value.
  • Champion Agile principles and Scrum values, guiding teams toward mastery.
  • Facilitate workshops, retrospectives, and ceremonies that inspire engagement.
  • Promote collaboration across teams and stakeholders in a global environment.
  • Apply scaled frameworks like SAFe or LeSS to support multi-team coordination.
  • Use metrics and KPIs to drive transparency and improvement.
  • Partner with Product Owners to maintain sprint integrity and sustainable delivery.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Certified Scrum Master (PSM I required; PSM II or equivalent preferred).
  • 3–5+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master in scaled Agile environments.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and cross-regional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.

What do we offer?

This position offers a competitive salary range of €4,180 to €6,443 gross per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance). Through exceeding performance expectations, you even have the possibility to grow outside this scale.

On top of your fixed salary (12x monthly salary + 8% holiday allowance), you’ll receive the following secondary benefits:
