Technology Consulting Manager - Health and Public Service

THE WORK

As a Technology Consulting Consultant specializing in the Health & Public Sector domain, you will be part of the Health & Public Service (H&PS) Industry Group. In this critical role, you will advise public organizations and healthcare entities on optimizing their digital operations, addressing complex challenges, and improving services for civilians, businesses, and patients. Your industry knowledge and expertise will be instrumental in collaborating with H&PS clients to identify innovative solutions that drive positive change, while also contributing to the growth ambitions of the Industry Group.

• Function: As a technology consultant, you will focus on delivering solutions for our clients by applying data-driven methods and innovative ideas. You will use industry insights to analyze clients’ strategic challenges, solve complex problems, and help them realize their business strategies through the best use of technology solutions.

• Technology: Within the Health and Public Service domain, you will collaborate with all of Accenture’s capabilities in IT transformations. This may involve working with technologies such as Data & (Gen)AI, Security, and/or Cloud, where you will play a pivotal role in implementing these solutions from the design phase through to support, often in collaboration with our Strategy & Consulting colleagues.

• Data: You understand the importance of data for decision making in the context of H&PS sector clients. You will help clients become more data-driven by identifying measurable business value from data & analytics, implementing the required capabilities, and embedding data & analytics into their standardized processes and daily operations.

• People: You will collaborate with highly motivated and engaged consultants from the H&PS industry group, all passionate about making a positive impact on society. Our industry group consists of 80 diverse and highly motivated colleagues, and we frequently organize industry and team-focused sessions to share in-depth and practical expertise.
