Een korte blik op jouw rol
De functie van Duty Manager is één van de meest afwisselende functies in het hotel. Jij bent in de breedste zin betrokken bij de dagelijkse gang van zaken: Jij weet wat er speelt, je regelt alles wat gasten nodig hebben en jij weet de juiste mensen met elkaar te verbinden. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor gasten en handelt, indien nodig, complimenten, klachten en problemen af. Daarnaast bewaak jij de kwaliteit van onze service waarbij je altijd streeft naar verbetering. Je draagt hiervoor leuke, verfrissende initiatieven aan en voert deze ook uit. Jij beslist bovendien over oplossingen voor de meest uiteenlopende knelpunten. Je springt bij en helpt collega’s van verschillende afdelingen wanneer het druk is en je bouwt proactief aan een goede relatie met nieuwe en terugkerende gasten, maar ook met collega’s. Kortom: je bent van alle markten thuis!
