Jouw dag bij NH Collection
Als Food & Beverage Management Stagiair ben je verantwoordelijk voor het meewerken en supervisie houden in het restaurant, bar, banqueting en roomservice met oog op efficiëntie, coördinatie en communicatie. Tevens ben je verantwoordelijk voor de coaching van het team. Tijdens deze uitdagende stage heb je verder de volgende verantwoordelijkheden: de planning, organisatie en administratieve handelingen van de verschillende Food & Beverage afdelingen. Je ondersteunt en voert projecten uit voor de (Assistant) Food & Beverage Manager, Cost Control, budgetbeheersing en bestellingen. Verder ben je verantwoordelijk voor de klachtenafhandeling binnen de Food & Beverage afdelingen en draag je zorg voor, en instandhouding van de correctheid en het niveau van service. Daarnaast zal jij veel kennis opdoen met betrekking tot producten, materialen en communicatieve middelen.
