Wat ga jij doen?
Tijdens deze leerzame stage maak je kennis met alle facetten van het hotelwezen. In eerste instantie doorloop je alle afdelingen en word je ingewerkt. Daarna vervul je zelfstandig de rol van Manager on Duty. Je maakt onderdeel uit van het Management Team en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor gasten. Je assisteert gasten met uiteenlopende vragen, verzoeken en klachten en je springt, indien nodig, bij op andere afdelingen. Jij kent het hotel, je collega's en de gasten als geen ander waardoor je kennis en vaardigheden op het gebied van Hotel Management snel ontwikkeld worden.

- Je bent flexibel maar je staat ook stevig in je schoenen.
- Je bent servicegericht.
- Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal uitstekend, zowel in woord als in geschrift.
- Je kunt goed zelfstandig werken, maar je vindt het tevens prettig om in een team te werken.
- Je handelt doortastend en denkt in oplossingen in plaats van problemen.
