Introduction to the job
Be part of progress. We are looking for an OT Architect to strengthen our architecture capabilities within the Risk, Business Assurance & Security (RBA&S) department. In this role, you will use your influence to drive architectural evolution, balancing decisiveness with flexibility.
Role and responsibilities
Architecture within RBA&S provides the strategic framework for solution delivery. The Target Architecture defines the long-term vision, while Incremental System Architectures outline the steps to reach each milestone. The role supports a broad range of services—from on-site support to remote work enablement, hardware lifecycle management, and innovation in support processes and tooling. There is a strong link to operational IT and OT support processes, with a focus on continuous innovation and secure, compliant service delivery.
As an OT Architect, you will define and maintain the OT vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with evolving workforce needs, operational demands, and technological advancements. Your responsibilities include defining the next architectural steps that meet the needs of diverse user communities while integrating solutions into a cohesive, long-term roadmap. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to understand current and future operational needs, translating them into a clear OT vision and blueprint. You will align with stakeholders on architectural decisions and ensure adoption across the organization. Staying on top of OT-related initiatives and fostering strong collaboration with peers and stakeholders is essential—especially in the context of risk mitigation, compliance, and secure operations.
