Job Description

As a Project Controller at NTS Eindhoven, you will oversee the financial aspects of our projects, ensuring they are delivered within budget and meet our financial targets. You will closely collaborate with Project Managers, Business Managers, and Logistic Engineers to provide accurate financial insights and support decision-making processes.

Furthermore, your Key Responsibilities are:

• Setting up business cases and financial scenarios;
• Profitability and Break-Even analysis;
• Risk and Working Capital Management;
• Compliance & Internal Control;
• Process Improvement.

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should be a team player who can act as a financial point of contact for both project teams and line managers. You are capable of taking the lead in financial management aspects of projects and persist where others might stop. Through continuous improvements, you are contributing significantly beyond just managing finances. You are also able to strike a balance between pragmatism and structure.

Additionally, we are looking for someone with:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience as a Project Controller in multidisciplinary projects, preferably within the High-Tech or Manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in financial management techniques and tools such as Power BI and AI tools.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Dutch is a plus.

• Competitive salary from € 4.750 to € 5.750 based on experience and qualifications.
