We provide IS/IT support to our 2500 Dutch colleagues in several Business Lines and functions. We also work closely together with the international IS/IT departments of the Thales Group. Our mission? About the assignment

At Thales our IS/IT service desk is the first and second line of support towards our internal customers. You will work together with the IS/IT service desk to investigate the potential of using Generative AI to empower and streamline their daily operations. Creating a user-friendly chatbot that will help in quickly investigating tickets by aggregating data of previous tickets and diverse knowledge bases. Placing the right solution at their fingertips.

You will investigate ways of data sanitation, machine learning and what it means to create a bot that people actually want to use.

As a part of the AI Acceleration Squad within IS/IT. You will be working with other AI-minded individuals and enthusiasts to set the stage for the future adoption of AI within IS/IT.
