Director, Product Management – Interventional Cardiology

Lead the global product strategy, roadmap and commercial success of Philips Cardiology Informatics solutions for the interventional cardiovascular care pathway, from market opportunity through launch, adoption and lifecycle performance.

  • Job Type: Full time.

Your role:

  • Own the multi-year strategy and roadmap for the Interventional Diagnostic software portfolio, covering procedure preparation, hemodynamics, clinical documentation, reporting and AI-enabled workflow automation. You’ll lead its evolution from legacy applications toward modular, interoperable and cloud-native solutions while protecting clinical continuity for the installed base. You’ll be accountable end to end for business cases, NPI, commercialization and post-launch performance, including growth, recurring revenue, margin, adoption and installed-base conversion.
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of Product Managers, and work across a global matrix with R&D, Architecture, Image Guided Therapy, Clinical, Quality & Regulatory, Marketing, Sales, Services, Customer Success, Finance and strategic partners. You’ll engage directly with interventional cardiologists, cath-lab clinicians and technicians, IT leaders and health-system decision makers, turning their needs into clear product choices.
  • Shape the future of cardiovascular informatics on a global scale. You’ll influence senior technical, clinical and commercial leaders across Philips businesses, raise the standard of product management practice in the organization, and deepen your expertise in cloud, interoperability, AI and medical-device software commercialization.

You're the right fit if:

  • You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Business, Product Management, Marketing or equivalent experience.
  • You have 10+ years of Product Management experience.
  • You have experience in healthcare software, clinical informatics, medical-device software or regulated digital health.
  • You have a proven track record of taking products from market opportunity through NPI, commercialization, scale and lifecycle management.
  • You have a strong understanding of cloud/SaaS products, enterprise software platforms and software business economics.
  • You have the ability to build business cases and manage product financial and performance metrics.
  • You have demonstrated people leadership and experience influencing senior stakeholders across R&D, Quality & Regulatory, Clinical, Commercial and Finance in a global matrix.
  • You have a strategic, customer-focused leadership style, earning credibility with clinicians and building Product Managers who are accountable for outcomes, not just features.
  • You have fluent written and verbal English.
  • You have experience in cath-lab, interventional cardiology, hemodynamics or cardiovascular workflow (nice to have).
  • You have knowledge of healthcare IT integration (EMR/EHR, DICOM, HL7/FHIR, APIs), legacy-to-cloud transitions, recurring-revenue models, or SaMD/AI-enabled functionality (nice to have).
