Your new team and workplace
Our department sits within the Global People function at HEINEKEN Head Office, enabling us to put our value of Care for People into practice. We are here to support HEINEKEN’s operating companies across the world and work with other functions to drive the social sustainability agenda.
During your internship, you’ll have every opportunity to get to know HEINEKEN as an organization, not just within your own team, but across departments. We trust and empower you to work with an entrepreneurial mindset. At HEINEKEN, we love bringing the outside world in and welcome fresh, new ideas with open arms. Of course, we’ll make sure you get the guidance that suits you.
What a day in the internship could look like
Days within our department are rarely alike. While we start every Monday with a team meeting, the topics we cover are broad, going from engaging with our global network of DEI ambassadors, communication campaigns, benchmarking, guidance and copy drafting, reporting, etc. As an intern, you will have your own key projects and responsibilities, supported by one of the team members. Of course, you would also be working for HEINEKEN, where the joy of true togetherness is a key value and is reflected in the day to day. From the Introduction to Interns day to the Thursday drinks, in addition to the Global Social Sustainability, Human Rights & DEI team’s team meetings, there are many opportunities to connect.
