What you'll do

• Lead SAP delivery: Take ownership of the successful and profitable delivery of major SAP projects and programs, from blueprint and design through build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Drive project excellence: Define project scope, develop delivery plans and budgets, and ensure solutions meet client requirements and business objectives.
• Lead and develop teams: Coach and guide multidisciplinary, international teams, collaborating with colleagues across onshore and offshore locations to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Build client relationships: Work closely with client stakeholders to understand their needs, communicate complex concepts, and identify opportunities to create long-term business value.
• Contribute to business growth: Support business development with existing and new clients and contribute to the Accenture SAP Business Group through knowledge sharing and reusable solution and asset development.
