  • Inspect incoming materials and supervise goods receipt to verify compliance with specifications and monitor supplier quality performance.
  • Oversee outgoing shipments, ensuring product quality, correct packaging, labelling, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with management, production, engineering, and logistics teams.
  • Support internal and external audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Interface with client- or 3rd party witnesses during factory acceptance testing (FAT) in Enschede or product qualification testing at the Allseas Heijningen yard location.

What we expect from you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related technical field.
  • 2–5 years of experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • Understanding of injection moulding, extrusion processes, polymer materials.
  • Experience with measuring and test equipment.
  • Understanding of quality standards and inspection techniques.

Personal Skills

  • Strong attention to detail, structured documentation skills, and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
  • Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Good communication and reporting skills.

Depending on your nationality, we may need to conduct background checks including references, qualifications, and work permits.
