As Senior Product Manager - Business Banking, you'll own a significant part of our Business Banking product, one of the newest and most ambitious areas we're building at Mollie.

  • FullTime

Build with us

We’re one of Europe’s fastest-growing fintechs, with 900+ Mollies across 12+ locations. Our people make this growth possible. We move fast, build with purpose and care deeply about our customers. Whether you’re solving problems, building market-leading products or exploring how AI can make work smarter, you’ll have the freedom to create and the trust to deliver.

If you’re ready to grow, shape the future of fintech and join an ambitious, high-performing team, this is the place for you.

Your impact

This is a build from scratch opportunity. Mollie's position here is rare: we're a payment service provider with a large, established customer base that is now building a full banking proposition on top of it. That means you get the ambition and pace of building something new, combined with the resources, customers, and best practices of a scaled business. You'll work alongside experienced, passionate product leaders who've done this before.

You'll lead a cross-functional team across design, product, and data analytics. There are no direct reports in this role, but you'll own the team's day to day performance and make sure things ship on time.

What you'll ship

  • Net-new propositions, not incremental iteration. You're building experiences that don't exist yet.
  • Customer-facing product and APIs across the Mollie app (web and native mobile) for business banking customers.
  • A banking proposition layered on Mollie's existing payments infrastructure, reaching customers who are already active and engaged.

What you'll bring

  • Experience leading a cross-functional product team in an everyday, hands-on capacity
  • Comfort with the full product lifecycle, including early-stage building and scaling
  • Ability to operate in a high-ambition, high-resource environment alongside experienced and passionate product leaders from across the industry

Grow your way

At Mollie, growth is personal. We believe everyone should have the chance to develop their skills, explore new challenges and shape their career on their own terms.

In this role, you’ll have the unique opportunity to build a meaningful distribution channel from the ground up. As we expand across Europe, you will grow alongside the product area you own. You’ll get regular feedback and performance reviews to support your development, with fair and transparent salary reviews along the way.

Unlock your full potential and join us to eliminate financial bureaucracy

If you're excited by the idea of building what's next, for yourself and for thousands of businesses across Europe.

AI at Mollie

We believe in Always Be Shipping, and AI brings that philosophy to life across every team, every role, every day. AI is core to how we build. It helps us move faster, simplify work and make smarter decisions, creating real impact for the businesses we serve. We're looking for people who are excited to use AI to shape the future of finance with us.

At Mollie, we’re on a mission to make payments and money management effortless for every business in Europe.
We started 20 years ago when we launched a more affordable way for companies to get paid. That provided an alternative to the frustrating, overpriced solutions that banks offered at the time. Today, we serve more than 250,000 businesses across Europe with an all-in-one solution that simplifies payments and money management.
